Our Story
When Emma Burdett (Founder & CEO – WILD Talent) and Laura Wojciechowski (CEO – Quantum Media, publishers of Education UAE and Education Saudi) met through the business world in the UAE, they quickly discovered a shared commitment: driving meaningful change through diverse leadership. After collaborating on several high-impact initiatives, including several landmark female leadership events in Riyadh and Jeddah, they recognised a clear gap in the education sector, institutions were struggling to attract and retain top-tier leadership talent, especially women and underrepresented voices.
With over 28 years of combined experience in the region, Emma Burdet and Laura Wojciechowski are deeply respected in their fields. Emma Burdett is a globally recognised DEI and executive talent and leadership strategist. Laura Wojciechowski is a trusted voice in education publishing and brand engagement.
