Our Story

WILD : Women in Leadership Deliver was launched in July 2018 in Dubai.

What began as a series of female networking events has grown into the largest female network for leaders across the GCC, driven by the vision and determination of its founder, Emma Burdett.

Emma created WILD after identifying a niche in the market and witnessing the power of women coming together in solidarity. Drawing on her extensive corporate experience, she recognized that building a strong community is key to attracting and retaining female talent, inspiring women to succeed and excel.

WILD is committed to making a difference for women at every stage of their careers; from nurturing young talent to ensuring women are represented in leadership, have a place on boards, and receive fair and equal pay and opportunities.

In 2022, WILD expanded into Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, making history as the first women’s network from outside the Kingdom to establish a presence there. This milestone earned WILD multiple awards, recognition from prestigious organizations, and a prominent role at the United Nations in Saudi Arabia.

Building on this success, WILD Talent was created to leverage WILD’s deep market knowledge and expertise.
